Course summary

The course is based on the book ‘BRIEF: Make a Bigger Impact by Saying Less’ and covers the BRIEF framework, for effective communication.
Throughout the course, you will learn techniques to improve your clarity, relevance, informativeness, engagement, focus, brevity, empathy and flexibility in communication.
You will also have opportunities to practice your skills through exercises and receive feedback from the instructor.
By the end of the course, you will be able to apply the BRIEF framework in online video interviews and demonstrate your improved communication skills.
